4. Soak in cold, clean water for 10 minutes.
5. Lie down.
Insert the tampon into the vagina and keep the end of the string out.
7. Remove the tampon after 3 days.
8. Wait 24 hours to insert a new tampon.
9. The treatment period ends after using 6 tampons (2 packs).

Practical Advice
